Guidelines
for Children

St. Charles Country Club recognizes its special function as a

family club, and therefore asks everyone’s careful attention to our rules governing children.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the clubhouse unless accompanied by an adult. Children 16 and over ARE permitted in the Clubhouse, and will be afforded all the services of the Club and held to the same standards of behavior as any member’s guest. Any behavior problems may result in the loss of Clubhouse privileges.

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to leave the pool and tennis areas unless accompanied by an adult (name registered with the Club office). The pool and tennis staffs are not responsible for babysitting or “parenting” members’ children. Please insure that all children under the age of 16 are properly supervised by a parent or guardian.

The bar area is for adults over 21 years of age only. Children under 21, when accompanied by an adult, are permitted in the bar. When no other service options exist, children 16-21 may receive non-alcoholic beverage service at the bar. Upon receiving service, they must depart the area immediately.
