Doug is a Certified Club manager and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.  He comes to St. Charles after serving for over 10 years as the GM/COO of Glen View Country Club on Chicago's North Shore.  Prior to Glen View, Doug was GM/COO at Brynwood Country Club in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Doug has been elected to the Board of Directors of two Chapters of the Club Managers of America(CMAA), served as CMAA Education Chair, is a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs and was the recipient of the Club Leaders Forum "2001 Top Gun Award" which recognizes leadership in the club industry.

He and his wife, Jennifer, have five children and reside in Geneva.
