A wedding is one of the most memorable events in one's lifetime. Our experience with wedding receptions is unparalleled. With over 20 years' experience, Carla, our Wedding / Special Events Coordinator, has planned hundreds of receptions, designing and managing a bride's dream event. A professional wedding planner with attention to every detail - and some you may have not contemplated - is at your disposal when you host your reception at St. Charles Country Club.

We can accommodate up to 300 guests in our ballroom overlooking the golf course. A veranda is available for a cocktail reception, and the ceremony and reception can be held outdoors on our beautiful grounds. Your photographer will be delighted with the various scenic outdoor backdrops available for photos and videos of your special day. Our menu options receive rave reviews. As one bride said, "All my guests could seriously not stop talking about the beautiful venue and oh my gosh!! The delicious food! Seriously though, the food at St. Charles Country Club is out of this world."

Golf Outings

Our course can be reserved for your exclusive use to host a golf outing. Up to 144 guests can be accommodated and our professional golf staff can provide scoring and arrange contests such as "closest to the pin." The outing can be supplemented with breakfast, a barbecue lunch and cocktail reception and dinner, with many choices to custom design your event. Outings are great opportunities for rewarding your employees, thanking your vendors or customers. Many of our events are utilized as fundraisers for worthy causes. And your group doesn't have to be expert at the game. Four-person team "scramble" events can allow all players to participate for a fun afternoon.

Golf OUting

Meetings

Meetings of any type can be hosted at St. Charles Country Club. We can accommodate groups for strategy sessions, quarterly workshops or team-building events to name a few. Breakfast, break-out snacks, and lunch can be part of your event. You may consider concluding your day with a cocktail hour and dinner. A custom-designed package can be developed to meet your needs, including providing audio-visual equipment. Small or large groups - up to 300 - can be hosted at SCCC.

Meeting Inquiry

Banquets

St. Charles Country Club is available to hold your banquet. Events such as retirement luncheons, holiday banquets, fundraisers and funeral receptions can be hosted at our venue accommodating up to 300 guests. Start your evening with a cocktail reception, followed by dinner, either a plated meal or buffet style. A less formal luncheon is also an option. Our chef can create a custom menu to your liking, from surf and turf with wine pairings to a more modest beef, chicken or fish entrée. Carla, our event manager will work with you and your meeting planner to develop a banquet that meets your needs.
