We are pleased to welcome the guests of our members to St. Charles Country Club. Please make note of the following practices and requested etiquette while at the Club.

Attire

The dress requirements for the Clubhouse and property are standard golf attire for gentlemen and ladies. For men, slacks or knee-length shorts, golf shirts with collars or mock turtlenecks designed for golf. No short-shorts, collarless tee shirts, cutoffs, denim slacks, cargo shorts or cargo pants. Shirts must be tucked into shorts or slacks unless the shirt is of the style intended to be worn out. Men may not wear hats in the Clubhouse.

For ladies, attire should be consistent with accepted standards of propriety and good taste. This includes appropriate-length golf skirts, shorts or slacks with golfing blouses; no short skirts, cutoffs, short- shorts.

Metal spike golf shoes are prohibited; please inform the locker room attendant if you need to change your spikes. In the lower level of the club (Old Club Pub, 19th Hole, Locker Rooms, Patio, Parking Lots) denim IS permitted, with a general level of decorum expected (no holes, cutoffs or dying).

Golf

Upon arrival, before parking, please stop at the bag drop where an attendant will take your clubs. Please identify your member host or hostess so your clubs can be properly tagged, then check in at the Golf Shop, located at the south end of the clubhouse. Full service facilities including private lockers are available. Please check with the locker room attendant for your assigned locker.

All rounds of golf are to be played in 4 hours or less.

Other Provisions

Cell phone use should be limited on the golf course and practice facility to text messages and golf-related applications. Cell phones may be used in the cart staging area and halfway house. Please set phones to silent while on the golf course and in the dining rooms. Thank you.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the Club facilities.
